Shipping policy
The United Hairline LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays once your package has been handed over to the carrier. After your order leaves our facility, all transit times are managed solely by the shipping provider. Please allow sufficient time for delivery when placing your order.
If you request that your package be shipped to an address different from the one entered at checkout, you accept full responsibility for that change. The United Hairline LLC is not liable for any issues, delays, or losses resulting from address modifications.

On-Hand / Local Pickup Policy
All on-hand products are available for local pickup, standard shipping, or express shipping.
- Choose Local Pickup if your order is needed the same day
- If local pickup is not selected, your order will automatically be processed for shipping
Processing Time: 24 hours
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
First-Class Custom Order Policy
Please complete a First-Class Custom Order Form if:
- The item is not available in our on-hand inventory
- You want pre-colored extensions
- You need any customizations not offered in our on-hand collection (including texture, length, color, lace type, cap size, etc.)
