Exchange policy
Customers have 4 business days from the date their order was placed to qualify for an exchange. The United Hairline original tag and weft wrap CAN NOT BE REMOVED OR TAMPERED WITH, that will make the sale FINAL, and your exchange will be DECLINED. All exchanges MUST be accompanied by the original receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS. HAIR MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS PURCHASED. YOUR EXCHANGED HAIR MUST BE APART OF OUR ON HAND COLLECTION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
